These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bohocasino.digital website and the services provided by BohoCasino. By accessing the site or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use BohoCasino services:

2. Account Registration

You may only hold one account on the BohoCasino platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any winnings being voided. When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Documents required include:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, national identity card, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (front of card or screenshot of e-wallet account, where applicable)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person

• Providing false information during registration or verification

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

BohoCasino shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from: service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control; losses resulting from your gambling activity; third-party website content accessed through links on our site; or any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no bonus conditions are outstanding.

We reserve the right to close or suspend any account that breaches these Terms, is inactive for more than 12 months, or is associated with fraudulent activity.
